Warranty

We grant a manufacturer's guarantee for material and manufacturing defects. We check each case individually: if a material or manufacturing defect caused the damage, we replace the cymbal.

Guarantee periods from date of purchase

• Two years: hi-hats, rides and bells
• One year: crash, china, splash and FX cymbals

How it works

As soon as you notice damage that points to a manufacturing defect, write to us or your dealer — with proof of purchase and meaningful photos. Murat reviews the pictures personally. If the claim is accepted, you send the cymbal to our address in Germany. Important: do not keep playing a damaged cymbal — cracks must be at an early stage to be assessable.

Not covered

• missing proof of purchase or expired guarantee period
• missing or broken-off parts, obviously complete destruction
• cracks at the edge or spider cracks around the bell hole
• dents or nicks indicating excessive stress
