We ship from our EU warehouse in Germany — currently to all countries of the European Union. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.

Delivery times

• Stock items: dispatched within a few business days, EU delivery usually in 2–5 business days
• Pre-order: made in the manufactory, usually 4–6 weeks — the figure is shown on every product page
• Custom Made: as agreed, no deposit

Packaging and transport damage

Every cymbal is inspected and packed individually. Should a parcel arrive damaged, please contact contact@muratdiril.com within three days with photos of the packaging and the cymbal.
