Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you may withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving reasons. The period begins on the day you, or a third party named by you, take possession of the goods. To exercise the right, inform us of your decision — by email to contact@muratdiril.com or by post to the address in the imprint. Sending the notice before the period expires is sufficient.
Effects of withdrawal
We refund all payments including standard delivery costs within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, where applicable once the goods are back with us. You return the goods within 14 days and bear the direct cost of the return. You are only liable for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods — playing a cymbal to try it is fine; gigging it for weeks is not.
Exception: Custom Made
There is no right of withdrawal for cymbals made to your specification (Custom Made, tailored matched sets) (section 312g (2) no. 1 German Civil Code). That is exactly why we talk with you beforehand until the sound is right.
