Terms and conditions

These terms apply to all orders placed on muratdiril.com with Murat Diril Cymbals UG & Co KG, Doerpstraat 11, 24253 Passade, Germany. We currently ship within the European Union.

Conclusion of contract

The presentation of products is not a binding offer. By completing checkout you place an order; the contract is concluded when we confirm the order by email. Pre-orders and Custom Made requests are confirmed with a delivery date.

Prices and payment

All prices are in euros including statutory VAT. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. The payment methods offered at checkout apply. We do not ask for a deposit on Custom Made cymbals.

Delivery

Stock items ship from our EU warehouse in Germany within a few business days. Cymbals not in stock are made in the manufactory; the expected delivery time is shown on the product page (usually 4–6 weeks). Goods remain our property until paid in full.

Warranty and guarantee

Statutory warranty rights apply. In addition we grant a manufacturer's guarantee under our warranty terms.

Withdrawal

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal; details and exceptions (in particular for Custom Made) are set out under "Returns and withdrawal".

Applicable law

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country of your habitual residence remain unaffected.
